   To turn a Windows feature on, select the check box next to the feature. To turn a Windows feature off, clear the check box. Click OK.

Please follow the steps mentioned below.

Step 1: To completely un-install Internet Explorer 11 Preview, follow the steps.

c.       Right click on CMD and select Run as administrator.
d.      In Command prompt run the following command and hit enter.

Step 2: Now try to un-install Internet Explorer 10. Follow the steps.

c.       Right click on CMD and select Run as administrator.
d.      In Command prompt run the following command and hit enter.
 FORFILES /P %WINDIR%\servicing\Packages /M Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-*10.*.mum /c “cmd /c echo Uninstalling package @fname && start /w pkgmgr /up:@fname /norestart”

Step 3: Now try to un-install Internet Explorer 9. Follow the steps.
a.       Click on Start.

 FORFILES /P %WINDIR%\servicing\Packages /M Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-*11.*.mum /c "cmd /c echo Uninstalling package @fname && start /w pkgmgr /up:@fname /norestart"

After following the above steps, check if you are able to open Internet Explorer 8, as Internet Explorer 8 is the default browser in Windows 7.

If you are able to open Internet Explorer 8, you may go ahead and install Internet Explorer 9 or its higher versions.
